Order queries

Include your order number. For a damaged or incorrect delivery, attach photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the affected bottle, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Bulk & corporate gifting

We take bulk and corporate orders — client gifts, wedding favours, Diwali hampers, staff recognition. These are handled by email rather than through the shop, because the useful part of the conversation is which fragrances suit the recipients and how the boxes should be presented, and a checkout cannot ask that.

Email support@royalduftperfumes.in with:

  • How many units, and which sizes — the 10 ml travel size is the usual choice for larger runs, full bottles for a smaller number of people.
  • The date you need them by.
  • Whether you want them assorted or all the same fragrance. If you are not sure which, say who they are for and we will suggest a spread.
  • Any presentation requirements — gift boxing, a printed note, or your own card enclosed.
  • Your GSTIN, if you need the invoice raised to a company.

We will come back with availability, a quoted price and a realistic despatch date. Nothing is committed until you confirm in writing. Bulk orders are prepaid on the same terms as everything else on this site, and the Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies unchanged — sealed bottles only, so please decide on the fragrances before the order is placed rather than after the boxes are made up.

For a single gift, you do not need any of this — order normally, and use the travel sizes if you would rather they chose their own full bottle afterwards.
